Pertussis (whooping cough) Outbreak

The Republic of the Philippines' Department of Health (DOH) has initiated measures to tackle a Pertussis outbreak. Over 1,000 cases of Pertussis (whooping cough) have been reported for 2024, an increase of almost 34 times compared to the same period in 2023.
