Fungal lung infection puts 9 in hospital

More than 30 people have contracted the fungal infection histoplasmosis while spending time at Cafetal Angerona ruins in Artemisa municipality in late January. Authorities were first alerted to the outbreak some three weeks later after they were notified of nine hospitalisations among the group.
