Diphtheria clusters in south

Last week, 11 confirmed diphtheria infections were reported from the southern towns of Tamanrasset and Tin Zaouatine (on the Algerian side of the border shared with Mali). The cases, plus more that are suspected, were found among foreign children who do not attend local schools.
