Terms and Conditions
Acceptance
By using this website you acknowledge that you have read and understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions which form a legally binding contract between you and Kinetic Health Group Pty Ltd ACN 100 261 265 (trading as Travelvax) (“Travelvax”). If these Terms and Conditions are not accepted in full, the use of this site must be terminated immediately.
Payment Methods
You can pay for your Travelvax purchase by using credit card or direct bank transfer payments. All major credit cards are accepted.
Prices
All prices stated on our website are in Australian Dollars and are inclusive of GST. Travelvax reserves the right to change product prices without notice. Prices are subject to change until you have paid for the product in full.
Orders
We reserve the right to accept or reject an order for any reason including without limitation, unavailability of product; an error in the price, image or the product description; or error in your order. We only accept orders from mainland Australia and Tasmania.
Order Confirmations
Once an order is placed you will receive an order confirmation via your nominated email address. Please ensure that all items ordered, your contact and delivery details contained on your order confirmation are correct. If not, please contact our office immediately so that we can amend your order. Once your order is dispatched, your items ordered and delivery details cannot be changed.
Order Cancellations
Your order can be cancelled at any time prior to dispatch. All order cancellations must be emailed or sent in writing and must be received prior to dispatch. Your order is considered current unless cancelled via email or in writing by you prior to dispatch. You will receive a confirmation of cancellation via email from Travelvax.
Product Availability
If an item is unexpectedly out of stock or if there is any delay with the dispatch of your order you will be notified within 24 hours of purchase. You will be given the opportunity to either backorder the out of stock items or cancel your order at your convenience.
Delivery
A standard flat rate fee per delivery and re-delivery will apply for packages under 3kg. Where packages exceed 3kg, Travelvax reserves the right to pass on delivery costs incurred by it. All delivery rates are non-refundable.
We will make every attempt to deliver goods within the estimated timeframe however please beware that delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances or factors that are beyond our control. Travelvax will not be liable for any delay or inability to deliver your order within the estimated timeframes
Travelvax is not liable for the non-delivery of parcels due to the incorrect address provided to Travelvax by the customer. Travelvax is not liable for loss of parcels where customer had specified a delivery instruction to leave the unattended at the delivery location.
Returns Policy
Any faulty or damaged products will be replaced at no charge.
If Travelvax has made an error in shipping the products to you, you may request an exchange or refund, provided that the following conditions are met:
- Returning product must be in its original packaging and unused; and
- Product must be returned within 14 days of dispatch from Travelvax.
We reserve the right to reject any returns and exchanges that do not meet these conditions. With the exception of damaged goods, all items must be returned at your expense to:

Once we receive the product/s a refund for the purchase price of the product/s only will be issued.
Given the nature of the products sold, Travelvax will not refund or exchange if you change your mind or have incorrectly ordered a product.
Refusal to Supply
Travelvax reserves the right to refuse or discontinue supply or services of any products without notice to persons who are deemed to engage in conduct or activities that we believe violates any of the above terms and conditions.

Every effort has been made to ensure the information contained on this website is correct, however Travelvax makes no warranty as the accuracy, comprehensiveness, or correctness of any products on this website, and provides all products on an "as is" basis. Information and statements are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
Limitation of Liability
Except as expressly stated in these terms and conditions, Travelvax makes no representations or warranties, wither express or implied, of any kind with respect to products sold on this website.
Except as expressly stated in these terms and conditions, to the extent permitted by law, Travelvax expressly disclaims all warranties, express or implied, of any kind with respect to products sold on this website, including but not limited to merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
You agree that the sole and exclusive maximum liability to Travelvax arising from any product sold on this website shall be the price of the product ordered. In no event will Travelvax, its directors, officers, employees and representatives be liable for special, indirect, consequential or punitive damages related to products sold.
Privacy
Travelvax takes the security of your personal information very seriously and complies with its obligations under relevant privacy legislation.
