Travellers:

 

We offer a comprehensive email travel plan (RHP) which is based on your medical history, style & duration of travel, past vaccination and itinerary. A checklist, completed by each traveller, allows us to tailor the recommendations to your individual needs.

 

Our RHP email includes recommended vaccines, mapping of malaria risk areas and other travel health risk information.  This information can then be taken to your GP for the relevant vaccinations and medications as recommended.

 

We will also include in the cost a vaccination record book which includes a Yellow fever vaccination certificate. Additionally you will receive our comprehensive Travelmate booklet that contains information concerning diseases and other travel health issues; plus preventative measures such as ‘how to avoid mosquito bites’, DVT and Jet lag.

 

 

Medical Practitioners:

 

Your annual subscription allows unlimited access to our database of current destination and itinerary specific travel health information.

 

We offer a comprehensive email travel plan (RHP) which includes a patient checklist that will assist in clarifying all of your patient’s needs. Phone support is available on weekdays from 9am - 5pm AEST for any other pressing questions; for less urgent queries we offer responses via email.

 

Our RHP email includes a list of recommended vaccines, maps of malaria risk areas and other travel health risk information which is crucial for the health of your patients (from food and water-borne risks to deep vein thrombosis).

 

Our phone support staff also has access to real-time, country specific outbreak information so you know that your patient will be one step ahead.

 

For more difficult queries or post travel infection identification we are able to offer email support from our medical director.
